ServSafe® Manager Refresher Class & Exam 9.12.26

This special shortened ServSafe Manager Certification class is designed for participants who have previously completed ServSafe training and are looking to refresh their knowledge and renew or obtain their Food Protection Manager Certification.

Rather than the traditional full-length ServSafe Manager course, this session provides a focused review of key food safety principles, current FDA Food Code information, and important concepts covered on the certification exam.

The review session will run from 9:00 AM to approximately 11:00 AM. The ServSafe Manager Certification exam will begin immediately afterward and is expected to conclude at approximately 1:00 PM.

Certified Food Protection Managers play an important role in protecting customers and businesses from foodborne illness. They are responsible for overseeing safe food preparation practices, helping train staff, identifying food safety risks, and maintaining a strong food safety program within their operation.

Successful completion of the certification exam provides participants with a ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification and wallet ID card valid for five years. The certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
