TIPS On Premise Certification Training
TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) is the global leader in education and training for the responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol.
This course addresses concerns specific to restaurants, hotels, bars, nightclubs, Banquets, Private Parties and other on-premise liquor license holders where alcohol is served by the drink. Certification is valid for 3 years.
Anyone who serves alcohol in a licensed establishment should take this training and receive their certification, such as Bartenders, Bar Backs, Servers, & Managers. TIPS certification is required my many bars and insurance companies.
ServSafe® Responsible Alcohol Service Training
The ServSafe Alcohol® certification program was developed by the National Restaurant Association. It is a practical and comprehensive approach to responsible alcohol service training and certification. ServSafe® uses real-world examples and was scientifically developed from the knowledge of experts in the foodservice, legal, regulatory, academic, medical, and insurance fields. All program materials focus on teaching the entire front-of-the-house staff to work together to promote responsible alcohol service for the safety of your customers and your employees. The financial benefits of certification of your personnel is that it will help to lower your insurance costs.
At the conclusion of the course, participants will be prepared to take the ServSafe Alcohol® Certification Exam. Successful completion of the exam will merit an alcohol safety certification awarded by the National Restaurant Association valid for three years.
